Shri Raghavendratirtha Kruta Sri Ramacharitramanjari 2

श्लोकः 

आयन् रामस्सभार्योऽध्वनि निजसहजैर्भार्गवेश्वासरोपात् |

तद्गं हत्वा सुरारिं पुरग उत नुतस्तापसैर्भूपपृष्टैः  ||

कल्याणानंतधर्मोऽगुणलवरहितः प्राणिनामन्तरात्मे 

त्याद्युक्तश्चाभिषेके पुरजनमहितो मह्यताम् मे वचोभिः || 2 ||

पदच्छेदः

अन्वयः 

यः सभार्यः सीतायाः सहितः  निजसहजैः सह आयन् , यः अध्वनि मार्गे भार्गवेष्वासरोपात् तद्गं सुरारिं हत्वा पुरगः, उत यः अभिषेके भूपपृष्टैः तापसैः वसिष्टादिभिः कल्याणानंतधर्मः अगुणलवरहितः प्राणिनामन्तरात्मा इति आदि उक्तः नुतः च, यः पुरजनमहितः, सः मे वचोभिः मह्यताम् |

ಅನ್ವಯಾರ್ಥ

ಯಾವ ರಾಮನು ತನ್ನ ಪತ್ನಿ ಸೀತಾ ಸಹಿತನಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ತನ್ನ ಬಂಧುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ತಮ್ಮಂದಿರ ಜೊತೆ ಅಯೋಧ್ಯೆಗೆ ಹೊರಟನೋ, ಯಾರು ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರ್ಗವ ಪರಶುರಾಮನ ಬಿಲ್ಲು ಅದ ಇಷ್ವಾಸುವಿನ ಹೆದೆಯನ್ನು ಸರಳವಾಗಿ ಎಳೆದು ಪರಶುರಾಮನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಸುರಗಳ ಶತ್ರುವಾದ ತಪೋಮಯನೆಂಬ ರಾಕ್ಷಸನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದು ಅಯೋಧ್ಯಾ ಪುರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದನೋ, ಅನಂತರ ರಾಜಾ ದಶರಥನಿಂದ ರಾಮನು ರಾಜ್ಯಾಭಿಷೇಕಕ್ಕೆ ಯುಕ್ತನೋ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ವಸಿಷ್ಟ್ಯಾದಿ ಋಷಿಗಳಿಂದ ಯಾರು ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಾದಿ ಅನಂತ ನಿರ್ದೋಷ ಧರ್ಮಯುಕ್ತನೆಂಬ, ಅಗುಣಗಳು ದೋಷಗಳು ಲವಲೇಶವು ಇಲ್ಲದವನೆಂಬ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲ ಜೀವಗಳ ಅಂತರಾತ್ಮ ಅಂತರ್ನಿಯಾಮಕನೆಂಬ ವಚನಗಳಿಂದ ಸ್ತುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟನೋ, ಯಾರು ಅಯೋಧ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲ  ಪುರಜನರಿಂದ ಪೂಜಿತನೋ, ಅಂತಹ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮನು ನನ್ನ ವಚನಗಳಿಂದ ಪೂಜಿಸಲ್ಪಡಲಿ. 

Essence of Ramayana captured:

Soon after the grand marriage ceremony, Sri Ramachandra, accompanied by Dasharatha, Kausalyadevi, Lakshmana and other brothers and relatives, left for Ayodhya. On the way he encountered Lord Parashurama who said, " Oh pride of Raghukula! I hear that you have broken the celestial bow of Shiva. Now I want to test your strength. This is the bow of Lord Vishnu - Ishwasu, which cannot be strung by anyone other than Sriman Narayana. Now that you are famous for breaking the bow of Shiva, if you pull the string of this bow, you must be Sri Narayana himself!". 

Then the Lotus eyed Sri Ramachandra strung the bow given by Parashurama very easily. However, as per kshatriya rules, once a bow is strung, it is mandatory that an arrow is shot from the same. Hence Sri Rama asked Sri Parashurama as to where he should aim for shooting the arrow. Sri Parashurama asked Sri rama to shoot the demon "Tapomaya" who and entered Parashurama's heart through a boon from Chaturmukha Bramha. Parusharam pushed the demon out of his heart and said, " Go ahead shoot him, he is your aim." Thus the demon was killed. Sri Parashurama and Sri Rama showed to the world that they were both incarnations of Lord Vishnu in this way. Sri Parashurama gave the Vaishnava Bow to Sri Rama for using against Rakshasas.

The relatives and friends of Sri Ramachandra, who had come for the marriage, and who had witnessed these spell-binding events, praised Sri Ramachandra profusely. The sages and citizens of Ayodhya welcomed Sri Rama with Sitadevi with a lot of festivity. The elders were of the opinion Sri Rama, who was praised by Sage Vasishta as an epitome of goodness, devoid of any blemish and one who is all-pervading as an inner controller, should be coronated as the Yuvaraja - heir prince as early as possible. Everyone in Ayodhya willingly expressed this and conveyed to King Dasharatha that such an event will bring happiness and joy to one and all.
